Orders placed through www.revocelo.com are processed and shipped from our fulfillment centers promptly. We aim to ensure safe and timely delivery of all Revocelo products.

2) Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3) Shipping Methods & Providers

We ship using trusted carriers including DHL, DPD, and GLS. The shipping method will be automatically selected based on your location and order size.

4) Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the delivery address, weight, and size of the package. Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount (see promotions on our website).

5) Delivery Times

Germany: 2-3 business days

France: 3-4 business days

Italy: 3-4 business days

Spain: 3-4 business days

Rest of the European Union: 3–4 business days

6) Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number to monitor your package.

7) Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

8) Failed Deliveries & Address Errors

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. Revocelo is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

9) Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@revocelo.com with photos of the damage. In the event of a lost package, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
